IT & IP STRATEGY ADVISORY GROUP SA was established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1982 and opened a branch office in Japan in 2009. Today, its extensive network is made of more than 40 professionals located in Switzerland, Italy, Japan, China and Vietnam who have worked over the years to create and manage institutional as well as economic relations between Europe and Asia.

Our primary activity is the sector of strategic consulting on Asian markets, especially China and Japan, with a specific focus on the planning of concrete and innovative business solutions, based on intelligence studies conducted on the current realities and emerging trends of sectors of interest. Building on our top legal and business expertise, we offer key services and advising in legal and administrative matters, business promotion and international trade.

Other important areas of activities include trading, services of political intelligence and public relations, and providing companies and institutions wishing to evaluate their IT risk exposition with in-depth information security and IT governance consulting.

Our market positioning is unique, thanks to a homogeneous and distinctive know-how as well as high-level business and institutional relationships. Our core policy is to build long-term relationships with our partners in their venture abroad, from preliminary strategic audits and establishment of penetration strategies, to the launch of a joint-venture and opening of a subsidiary in the target market.

We help European and Asian businesses alike successfully enter markets and find investments, select partners as well as establish ventures and alliances in China, Japan, Vietnam and in Europe, notably through Switzerland.

For European companies that are already present in China and Japan, we also give assistance to analyze their current market positioning and help them formulate new strategic directions.
